Very fine diminutive sideboard Mahogany and mahogany veneers with outstanding crotch door/drawer fronts bordered by sycamore? banding, stiles inlaid with stylized bellflowers ending in ebonized dots, white pine and poplar secondary woods, Massachusetts origin circa 1780-1800, Extremely desirable size at 54" wide, 38" high, and 18.375" deep. Minor restorations to veneer and to stabilize shrinkage at case sides, older refinishing leaving a warm patina, hardware replaced in original holes
